We are excited to share that Joymom’s third branch in Klang Valley officially opened at Sunway Velocity on 17 January 2026.
Located at Lot B1-37, Sunway Velocity Mall, this new opening marks another meaningful milestone for us as we continue growing in KL and Selangor and bringing Joymom’s closer to even more customers. Seeing our third branch open its doors was already a special moment for us, but what made the day even more memorable was the overwhelming support we received from everyone who came to celebrate with us.
A Joyful Opening Day at Sunway Velocity
To celebrate the opening of our new branch, we prepared special opening promotions and free gifts as part of the occasion.
From the moment the shop opened, the atmosphere was lively and full of excitement. Customers came with great enthusiasm to visit our new Sunway Velocity branch, take part in the opening celebration, and enjoy the special opening offers we had prepared for the day.
It was a joyful and meaningful start to this new chapter for Joymom’s.
A Strong Response from the Very Beginning
One of the most unforgettable parts of the day was seeing the strong response from customers right from the start.
Our first 100 customers were entitled to enjoy a special opening promotion, and the response was faster than we expected. Within around 30 minutes after opening, the queue for the first 100-customer promotion was already full.
Customers continued arriving and shopping steadily throughout the afternoon, with purchases and redemptions continuing until around 1:00 PM. The energy, excitement, and steady support throughout the opening hours made the day feel even more special to us.
