This item will be shipped from Joymom's Puchong Branch and is available for delivery to all destinations within Malaysia.  

For orders over RM110.00, we offer **Free Courier Delivery Service** within West Malaysia. Items will be shipped within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.  

For Selangor and Kuala Lumpur customers, **Lalamove/Grab Delivery Service** is available. Orders are arranged from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3PM can be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 3PM will be arranged on the next working day. 

Please note that we will not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to a wrong address will be charged directly to the customer.
