Joymom's Pop-up Event Launches Six New Grab and Go Packaging Cookie Flavors!

Joymom's has successfully rebranded amid market challenges by blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation, delivering a unique and delightful taste experience for consumers.

To celebrate this milestone, Joymom’s is hosting a four-day "Bite-sized Happiness" pop-up event at The Starhill, Kuala Lumpur, from October 10 to 13. The event marks the debut of the brand-new portable packaging, offering consumers a delightful fusion of flavor and fun!

The first day of the pop-up event saw enthusiastic participation from the public, creating a lively atmosphere. In addition to allowing consumers to sample new products ahead of time, game stations were set up for attendees to play and win prizes. To thank customers for their continued love and support, a live-streamed lucky draw was held on-site, with a wide range of products given away, totaling a value of RM30,000.

Joymom's Creative Director, Hugo Hau, stated that the company has always focused on traditional cookies, embodying the warmth and familial bonds of home. In response to the evolving demands of modern consumers and market opportunities, the company has infused innovative elements into its products. While maintaining classic flavors, Joymom's continues to introduce new flavors and healthy options, including low-sugar, additive-free, and whole grain varieties, to attract a wider range of young consumers.

He emphasized, "No additives" has always been a core principle for Joymom’s. All products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients, providing consumers with a trustworthy and healthy option.

He further explained that to extend the shelf life of products without preservatives, significant effort went into both the materials and packaging.

"To ensure consistent product quality, Joymom’s has upgraded its production line to meet the demands of large-scale manufacturing while maintaining the guarantee of taste and quality."

The redesigned packaging aligns more with modern aesthetics. It not only enhances the product's appeal but also strengthens consumers' sense of connection to the brand. By continuously releasing limited edition and seasonal products, Joymom’s keeps its offerings fresh and exciting.

With the increase in brand awareness, Joymom's aims to open 30 branches nationwide. The company plans to launch 10 new branches in 2025. Currently, branches are established in Perak, Johor Bahru, and Melaka, with plans to expand into Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Additionally, the first flagship store in Malaysia has been set up at the company’s headquarters in Muar.

Hugo Hau mentioned that to preserve traditional craftsmanship, each Joymom's branch will feature a live baking process, allowing consumers to watch the handmade cookie production, ensuring that the cookies are freshly baked.

It is also worth noting that Joymom’s products have received MeSTI and HALAL certifications, allowing people from all ethnic groups to enjoy the delicious cookies with peace of mind.
