Courier Delivery
For orders over RM110.00, we offer Free Courier Delivery within West Malaysia. Orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Courier Delivery Risk Notice
We will pack all items carefully, but minor damage may still occur during courier transit. Please consider this risk before selecting courier delivery. Replacement or refund will only be considered for severely damaged items.

Same Day Delivery
For Klang Valley customers, Lalamove / Grab Same-Day Delivery is available for selected areas. Free same-day delivery is available for orders over RM250.00.
Same-day delivery is arranged from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed before 3:00 PM may be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be arranged on the next working day.

Same-Day Delivery Coverage
Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, Kepong, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Sungai Buloh, Klang, and selected areas within Shah Alam, Ampang, Kajang, and nearby Klang Valley areas.

Please note that some outer or extended areas within Klang Valley may still be outside our same-day delivery coverage, depending on distance and driver availability. Areas such as Sekinchan, Rawang, Kuala Selangor, and other far-outskirt locations may not be covered under same-day delivery.
If your address is located in an outer Klang Valley area, please contact our customer service team to confirm delivery availability before placing your order.
